Hey guys, Seth here from Legacy Dodge Claresholm. Today we take a look at this 2005 Chevy Avalanche Z71. This is unit no. L0067. It’s got about 190K on it. This is for a good price of $9995.
This truck has the very powerful 5.3L V8 engine. You’re going to get a real good amount of power in this unit. Fuel economy is okay, especially for a V8.
Back seats here, real spacious. You have your lock and your power window, of course. It’s really nice comfortable, class seats. And this will, of course, fold down for a couple of cup holders as well.
Just hop in here for a second. Tons of room back here, actually. Very nice place to be. You have your controls back here. Headphone jacks. Your radio controls at the back, that’s really nice to have. And a couple of other cup holders down here too.
This is a Z71 package, so you get a fully loaded unit here. You get your power windows, power locks, power mirrors. And power adjustable pedals as well right there. That’s a power adjustable seat forward, and back, with the manual back rest.
Just hop in here. Your automatic headlights in this unit. Here’s your mode selector, 2-wheel drive, 4-wheel drive HI, and 4-wheel drive LO. And you also got a 4-wheel drive auto mode, which is really nice to have.
Let’s just go ahead here, start this thing up. As you can see, 196,616 kms. The truck still got plenty of life left. Really clean.
You have a leather wrapped steering wheel. Voice command, Cruise Control, of course. You get your Trip A, and Trip B information as well as a timer in here. And your range to empty, your total fuel used. Your average fuel economy, engine oil life. A lot of other great information that you can get here, as well as your engine hours, as you can see.
Coming over here, is your entertainment area. You get a CD player, AM/FM radio. Dual zone climate control in this unit with a digital display; for an ’05, that’s pretty rare. Here’s a nice feature to have, once again. You got two power outlets one here, and one for the passenger. Some storage, Your cup holders here. A little extra storage in this center console. And this folds up, of course, that’s where you get your main deep storage space.
This unit has the upgraded stereo. As you can see, it’s a BOSE system. Sound is really good. You program your garage door in this unit as well. Up to three different garage door openers to be programmed in.
Overall, this is quite a nice truck, pretty well kept. Passed inspection. And all it needs is a new owner.
