Abby is from Claresholm and Sales Associate, John Cope had sold him a 5500 Cab and chassis in the past. Abby called up and was looking a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. He had been checking prices from different dealers and Legacy Dodge Claresholm was the best.

Eric is from Claresholm, AB. He moved here from High River back in 2013. Sales Associate, John Cope met him in 2014 when he came into the dealership looking for a new Ram truck.
He had spotted a 2014 Ram Quad Cab in Granite Crystal colour we had on the lot. Needless to say John sold him a truck. He had commented at the time he liked the looks of the 2012, so a year later he found a 2012 and bought it. It was a regular cab.
He needed more space in the cab so he came to John when he spotted a brand new 2017 Ram 1500 Quad Cab in the express package and in the Granite Crystal colour.
Eric is a impulse buyer, he admitted this to John. Eric is an avid golfer. John sees him on the golf course all the time.

Bernie is from Stavely, Alberta. He worked for the MD for many years and recently retired. Sales Associate, John Cope has known Bernie for many years through curling and golf. He has bought 4 Grand Caravan’s over the years. Bernie is a fisherman and uses the Grand Caravan to drive out to the coast to go fishing a couple of times a year with friends. It was time to trade his 2012 in on a new 2017. We figured out the options and colour he wanted.

Stacy lives in Fort MacLeod, AB and was raised on the family farm. She just finished University and got a job with the Canadian Government Food Inspection Agency. Stacy needed a new vehicle to drive back and forth to Lethbridge.

Sales Associate, John Cope has sold Mike and his wife Lynn 5 vehicles over the years. He has known Mike for a long time through golf and here at Legacy Dodge Claresholm.
Mike has always driven trucks over the years. The last unit John sold him was a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Mike and Lynn were never comfortable in the Jeep so decided they wanted another truck. We figured out what he wanted and put a deal together for him and the result was he took delivery of a 2017 Ram 1500 Outdoorsmen Quad Cab in Max Steel Metallic. Tracy and Kelly are from Cypress River, Manitoba. They own a manufacturing business called Cypress Industries. About a year ago they bought a truck off of Sales Associate, John Cope. They had a hard time finding a truck in Manitoba so they went online and found one at Legacy Dodge Claresholm and gave us a call.
In January, they had their truck in a shed and from the weight of all the snow they had, the roof caved in and their truck was heavily damaged. It was going to take 2 to 3 months to get it repaired. They needed a truck for their business right away, being their busy season.

Tamara is from Pincher Creek, Alberta. She is a 911 operator and works in Lethbridge. She also has a young daughter and it is very important that she has a vehicle that can handle all kinds of weather, road conditions and be very safe.
She started out looking at a Jeep Renegade. She contacted Sales Associate, John Cope via email to start with and we priced her out a Jeep Renegade. She happened to be in Airdrie one weekend and drove a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. She was impressed and thought it would suit her better than the Renegade.
She called and asked John to price out a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. It was very important it had all the safety features including lane keep assist, forward collision warning, cross path detection, park assist and back up camera. Congratulations to Julie and Ebbe from Claresholm, AB. They were looking to find a truck to pull their fifth wheel trailer. This unit was not in yet, so Sales Associate John Cope told them he would give them a call when it came in.

Congratulations to Don from Granum, Alberta. Sales Associate, John Cope has known Don for many years in fact he taught both of John’s kids in school quite a few years ago. Don is a retired school teacher and an avid outdoorsman. He is into camping, fishing and quading. He has taught safety courses for quads in the past.
Don needed a truck that fit his lifestyle and would handle a travel trailer and a long enough box to put a quad into. After some research we came up with a 2017 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman Crew with a 6’ 4” box. He really liked the Bright Silver colour. Bill and Janice are from Stavely, AB. Bill bought a used 2008 Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab back in Feb. of 2012. Janice was a service customer with her to 2007 Jeep Compass. They are long time clients for the last year or 2 and they have been talking about replacing Janice’s Compass. They have dogs and need enough space for a couple of kennels.
The first vehicle we took a look at was the Jeep Cherokee. Room was okay and it had the features they wanted. We decided to take a look at the Dodge Journey SXT. The room and practically suited their lifestyle quite a bit better. After a test drive and some more questions answered they decided the 2016 Journey SXT Blacktop was the way to go and there was some great programs on the 2016 so it made sense.
