Hi, I’m John here from Legacy Dodge Claresholm. I’m here to show you a 2012 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus. It only has 23,000 kilometers on it. The unit number is L0066.
Under the hood, we have a 3.6-liter V6 engine VVT. It has a 5-speed automatic transmission. This particular unit also, as you can see, has the stripings on the sides and the sport hood. It has the aluminium wheels and a chrome fuel lid cap on this thing, a fairly large trunk on these units, of course. As you can see down here, those seats will fall flat so you can put some long stuff in here. For weight distribution, these units have the battery in the trunk here, also with the tire. A spare tire is in there and the jack and stuff, so that gives it extra weight for that traction in the winter time. Also, it’s designed, too, for any rear-end collisions, the tire will go down in under the vehicle so there’s less damage.
One of the features on this particular unit is passive entry. You can leave the keys in your pocket, and all you have to do is put your hand on the door handle, and it will open up for you. Also, from the outside, with the keys still in your pocket, you could still lock this unit. And in regards to the trunk area, there is a button back here that unlocks it too through the passive entry, so the keys remain in your pocket. I’m moving to the inside of the vehicle. The SXT Plus package, of course, has leather seats with a power chair on the driver side here. This particular unit has fog lamps and automatic headlights. It has a trunk release inside here, of course. And this particular unit, as you can see by the steering wheel has a Uconnect for your cell phone to be programmed in and has an information center, which we’ll go through here shortly. Cruise controllers are also on the steering wheel on the far side, plus it has the audio controls on the back of the steering wheel. Okay, this EVIC Electronic Vehicle Information Center, as you can see in the dash here, it has a script on it for 0 to 100 times. It also has the vehicle speed digitally, too, if you want to access it that way. And then, of course, it’s got a bunch of personal settings. You can keep track of your tire pressure in here, and you can set up the language the way you want it. They automatically locking doors, if you wish. You can change the speed and unlock automatically. You can have all doors can open on one press of your key. So, there’s a bunch of personal settings you can set up here. The remote start comfort system is in here, this thing here. It’s got a heated steering wheel, so, it’s a very good information center in there. Of course, you have access to your cell phone right here. You can push a button and be right on it right away. Now the unit itself comes with a CD player. And, of course, you’d put them right on the dash. AM/ FM radio. It has the temperature climate control right below here. Here are your heated seat buttons, of course. It has electronic stability program, which corrects you when you understeer or oversteer if you’d get in a situation like that. It has a universal garage door opener here. It has the auto dim rear view mirror. As you can see down here, we have one power outlet that runs off the key. We have a USB port and another power outlet inside the little cubby here in the center aisle here. It has a very big glove box, of course.
